This casino is located inside Seoul Dragon City, a complex in Yongsan-gu, Seoul (address of Seoul Dragon City: 95, Cheongpa-ro 20-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul). The official website describes it as a city-center casino in the Yongsan area of Seoul.
Like Seven Luck Casino Gangnam COEX, it is operated by GKL (GRAND KOREA LEISURE). According to the branch page on the official website, the casino covers 3,146.96 m² and has 55 table games (39 Baccarat, 6 Blackjack, 2 Seven Luck Poker, 5 Roulette, 2 Sic Bo and 1 Casino War), 5 electronic table game machines (106 terminals) and 146 machine games (confirmed in October 2026).
According to company materials (March 2025) from Seobu T&D Co., Ltd., which operates Seoul Dragon City, GKL's Seoul Dragon City casino branch opened in January 2023.

Depending on your country, you may be asked for additional documents such as entry and exit stamps (confirmed in October 2026). We could not confirm any information about an entry fee, so this needs to be checked on site.

Games
The branch page on the official website lists these table games: Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo (Dai Siu / Tai Sai), Seven Luck Poker and Casino War. There are also Electronic Table Games (ETG) for Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, and machine games such as slots (confirmed in October 2026). In Seven Luck Poker, the player and the dealer each receive three cards and compare the strength of their hands.
Texas Hold'em Poker, which is listed for the Gangnam COEX branch, is not listed on the Seoul Dragon City branch page (confirmed in October 2026).
The branch page also lists the betting range for each game (minimum to maximum per bet, in Korean won). These amounts may change, so use them only as a rough guide (confirmed in October 2026).

Food, drinks and facilities in the casino
The official website says that at the bar inside the casino, guests who meet the meal service rules can order food at a kiosk (self-order machine). The menu includes Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes, and the serving hours are shown as 24 hours. The FAQ says meals are free once you get a membership card, and that the VIP menu is limited depending on your membership level (confirmed in October 2026).
The gaming table and machine areas are non-smoking, and there are smoking booths. The website says you can leave your bags at the information desk (CS Center) at the entrance. The "Casino etiquette" page on the official Seven Luck Casino website says that, at all three branches, cameras, electronic devices, metal objects and drinks may not be brought in, and using electronic devices at the tables is not allowed (confirmed in October 2026). It also says you cannot play while intoxicated.

According to company materials (March 2025) from Seobu T&D, which operates Seoul Dragon City, the complex has the following four hotels (1,700 rooms in total).

The casino is on the 5th floor of the building, and you reach it by a dedicated elevator from the 1st floor (confirmed on site by the editorial team in October 2026). Getting there
According to company materials (March 2025) from Seobu T&D, which operates Seoul Dragon City, the complex is connected to Exit 3 of Yongsan Station and is about 0.3 km (about a 3-minute walk) from Exit 3. The directions page on the official Seven Luck Casino website also gives the location as "Convention Tower, 5th floor" and says it is a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Yongsan Station (confirmed in October 2026). When the editorial team checked on site, the casino was indeed on the 5th floor.
When the editorial team checked on site in October 2026, we arrived at Yongsan Station on the Gyeongui–Jungang Line, left the ticket gates and walked about 100 m to the right to find Exit 3. The exit sign shows "Seoul Dragon City (서울드래곤시티)". Outside Exit 3, a covered connecting walkway continues. Follow the "서울드래곤시티" signs for about 200 m and you walk straight into the Seoul Dragon City building. A pillar near the entrance also had a Seven Luck Casino sign. Follow the building signs and take the elevator down to the 1st floor. From there, walk about 300 m through the building toward the casino signs to find a dedicated elevator to the casino floor. The sign reads "세븐럭 카지노(5F) 이용고객은 전용 엘리베이터를 이용하시기 바랍니다" ("Seven Luck Casino (5F) guests, please use the dedicated elevator"). Take this elevator to the 5th floor to reach the casino.
