From Incheon International Airport, the official website suggests taking the Airport Railroad to Seoul Station and changing to Line 1 for Yongsan Station (about 55 minutes by taxi). From Gimpo International Airport, it suggests taking Subway Line 9 to Noryangjin Station and changing to Line 1 for Yongsan Station (about 43 minutes) (confirmed in October 2026).

The official Seven Luck Casino website gives its location as “Convention Tower 5F,” and when the editorial team checked on site, the way in was a casino-only elevator from the 1st floor up to the 5th floor (October 2026). The casino is open to foreign visitors aged 19 and over, and you must show your passport to enter. How to get to the casino from each hotel's rooms or lobby needs to be checked on site.

According to the official website, each hotel has its own facilities such as a fitness center and sauna, and Novotel Suites and Novotel also have pools.
