Seoul has the following three main casinos. Below we introduce each one's overview, entry conditions and games, as far as we have been able to confirm.
Paradise Casino Walkerhill
Paradise Casino Walkerhill is a casino at 177 Walkerhill-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. It is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
It is for foreign visitors only (holders of a non-Korean passport). You must be 19 or older to enter, and you must show your passport at the entrance. Casual clothing is fine, but you may be refused entry in shorts, tracksuits, sandals and similar.
The main games we have confirmed are Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Hold'em Poker, Slot Machines and Electronic Table Games (ETG).
It is a foreigners-only casino inside Grand Walkerhill Seoul that opened in 1968. The main casino is on basement level 1 (the official website gives its location as "Walkerhill Hotel B1F", checked in October 2026). According to the official website, there are 86 baccarat tables, 8 blackjack tables, 5 roulette tables, 15 other table games, 121 slot machines and 84 electronic table games (checked in September 2026).
Seven Luck Casino Gangnam COEX
Seven Luck Casino Gangnam COEX is a casino in the Convention Annex at 58 Teheranno-87, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Like Paradise Casino Walkerhill, it is for foreign visitors only. You must be 19 or older to enter, and you must show your passport at the entrance. There is no special dress code and casual clothing is fine, but you may be refused entry in shorts, tracksuits, sandals and similar.
The games we have currently confirmed are Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo (Dai Siu / Tai Sai), Texas Hold'em Poker, Slot Machines and Electronic Table Games (ETG). The official website also lists "Seven Luck Poker," a game in which hands made with three cards are compared.
It is operated by GKL (GRAND KOREA LEISURE), which the official website describes as a quasi-market public enterprise. According to the official website, it opened in January 2006, the casino covers 3 floors and 6,094 m², and it has 77 table games (checked in September 2026).
Seven Luck Casino Seoul Dragon City
Seven Luck Casino Seoul Dragon City is a casino inside the Seoul Dragon City complex (95, Cheongpa-ro 20-gil) in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Like the Gangnam COEX branch, it is for foreign visitors only. You must be 19 or older to enter, and you must show your passport at the entrance. There is no special dress code, but you may be refused entry in shorts, tracksuits, sandals and similar.
The games listed on the branch page of the official website are Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Tai Sai (Sic Bo), Seven Luck Poker, Casino War, Electronic Table Games (ETG) and machine games such as slots. Texas Hold'em Poker is not listed.
According to the official website, the casino covers 3,146.96 m² and has 55 table games and 146 machine games (checked in October 2026). Company materials from Seobu T&D, the operator of Seoul Dragon City (March 2025), state that it opened in January 2023.

To get from the airport to Walkerhill, the Walkerhill official website gives the following routes (checked in October 2026). From Incheon International Airport, take the Airport Railroad toward Seoul Station, change to Line 5 at Gongdeok Station and go to Gwangnaru Station. From Gimpo International Airport, take Subway Line 5 from Gimpo International Airport Station to Gwangnaru Station. Either way, take Walkerhill's free shuttle bus from Gwangnaru Station. For Seven Luck Casino Gangnam COEX, please check the route to the nearest stations above (Samseong Station on Line 2, Bongeunsa Station on Line 9) using official subway information or similar.
What to check before you enter
The following points apply to all three casinos: Paradise Casino Walkerhill, Seven Luck Casino Gangnam COEX and Seven Luck Casino Seoul Dragon City.

How to get a membership card and the rules on what you can bring in differ by casino. At Paradise Casino Walkerhill, if you do not get a membership card on your first visit, you will need to show documents every time you visit. Cameras, electronic devices, metal items (including umbrellas), food and drinks cannot be brought in and must be left at the checkroom before you enter. At Seven Luck Casino Gangnam COEX, Japanese-speaking staff are always at the CS Center right in front of the entrance, and you can apply for a membership card by showing your passport. Photography is not allowed inside. At Seven Luck Casino Seoul Dragon City, you are told you can leave bags at the information desk (CS Center) at the entrance. The "Casino Manners" page on the Seven Luck Casino official website states that, at all three Seven Luck branches, cameras, electronic devices, metal items and drinks cannot be brought in, and using electronic devices at the tables is not allowed (checked in October 2026).
Chips and currency exchange
At Paradise Casino Walkerhill and Seven Luck Casino, you can buy chips at the gaming tables. The game guide on the Seven Luck Casino official website (shared by the Gangnam COEX and Seoul Dragon City branches) says you can exchange cash in Japanese yen (JPY), Korean won (KRW), US dollars (USD) and Chinese yuan (CNY) for chips at the table. To change chips back into cash, use the cashier at either casino. The website does not mention any differences between branches, so please also check on site to be sure.
